Price Match

The Price Match initiative applies to our quote for Legal fees, which is like for like, when compared to a quote found on a competitor’s website at a lower price.

To be eligible for the Price Match, the following terms must be met:

• The Price Match is only applicable to the actual price displayed on our competitor’s cost estimate/quote provided to you. Proof of this quote will be required.
• The Price Match is only applicable to Legal Fees and does not include Disbursements or Additional Work which could not be foreseen at the start of the transaction. Any additional fees will be discussed with you before the work is undertaken.
• The Price Match can only be requested within 30 days of receiving your original quote.
• The Price Match cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including but not limited to NHS, First Time Buyers, and Armed Forces Discounts.
• The Price Match Promise does not apply to Auction or New Build properties.
• The Price Match Promise does not apply to quotes obtained through our affiliates.
• All our standard terms and conditions remain applicable.

By participating in our Price Match initiative, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the above terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this initiative at any time without prior notice.
