How are your fees so competitive?
Our Conveyancers are specialists who only deal with residential conveyancing transactions. We don’t provide legal services in other areas of law and hence we have been able to fine tune our environment to provide a fantastic conveyancing service, at a highly competitive price.
Is it a No Move No Fee service and what does it cover?
We can provide you with a no move no fee conveyancing service for a small administrative charge of £40.00 plus VAT. The no move no fee product provides you with peace of mind in the event that your transaction fails to complete through no fault of your own, our legal fees will not be payable. Full details in relation to this product will be provided upon instruction.
Does it matter that you are not in the area?
We provide a nationwide conveyancing service throughout the whole of England and Wales. Our online conveyancing products won us the coveted LSF UK Best Direct Conveyancing Award 2014. We deal with a large number of internet referrals and clients who we very rarely see in person.
You don’t need to waste time going to see your Conveyancer – we will communicate with you by telephone, email or via the postal service. You will be able to track your transaction on line or by contacting your Conveyancer via direct telephone and email facilities.
We don’t need to be local to your area in order to provide you with an excellent conveyancing service.
How long does a normal conveyancing transaction take?
An average conveyancing transaction takes anywhere between 6 – 12 weeks to complete. We have sold and purchased properties in the past within 48 hours of instruction. In the majority of circumstances most Clients do not wish to move to these timescales! Our objective will be to put you in a position to proceed to completion as soon as possible – and then we will discuss completion dates to suit you.
